I believe every homebuyer should receive a Home Services Contract to cover the major appliances and systems for the first year you own your home.  If the seller doesn't agree to provide one for you, I will personally buy one for you. (A $300 to $400 dollar value) 

On top of this, I will give you the level of service that you should expect from any full service Realtor®.  

Including:

• Meeting with you to determine your wants and needs,

• Searching MLS to find homes for you that meet your criteria,

• Showing you homes that meet your criteria.

• Determining the appropriate price for a house you may be interested in,

• Negotiating the terms of the sales contract,

• Attending to the details of the transaction from contract to the closing table,

• Being with you at the closing (many agents no longer do this),

• Keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
