• Create and make available an attractive color brochure,

• Hold open houses as necessary,

• Negotiate the sales contract on your behalf,

• Attend to the details of the transaction from contract to the closing table,

• Be with you at the closing (a lot of agents don't do this at any price),

• Keep you informed throughout the entire process.
